Please be aware, as of January 1, 2010 EJC3 will change the following terms.

Interest is calculated and added to bill.
2 cycles past due - $20.00 charge is incurred. A second late payment notice is sent.
Interest is calculated and added to bill.
3 cycles past due - $30.00 charge is incurred. A third late payment notice is sent.

4 cycles past due - account is placed into collection process and all work is suspended.
Interest is calculated and added to bill.
Labor fees will be broken down into two types of service:
Onsite: 1 hour minimum charge, billable in 0.5 hour increments beyond that.
In-house: 0.5 hour minimum charge, billable in 0.5 hour increments beyond that.
NOTE: If EJC3.COM determines that an onsite visit is required to complete in-house work; it will
be charged at the in-house price until completion of that specified task. This determination is made at the
sole descrection of EJC3.COM
Any client that does not accept these terms will have their credit lines declined, and all pending work
canceled. All prior terms will remain intact while any past due amount is being paid. Any client requests
for any work to be done after January 1, 2010 automatically consents to all changes in these terms.

daily.
Your interest rate will increase by 2% if you are delinquent for 2 consecutive billing
cycles with an outstanding balance. This rate will remain in effect until the account
is kept current for 6 consecutive billing cycles.
